Terms of service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms cover using leafranger.dev and the work shown on it. The site is run by Mirko Cisternino (Leafranger), a private individual based in Italy. Questions go to ….

Using the site

The site is free to browse. By using it you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't use it. How your data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.

My work and how you can use it

Unless a page says otherwise, the work on this site is mine: code, designs, interfaces, 3D models, audio, graphics and text.

You can:

  • view it, and download it for personal use;
  • share it on social media or link to it, with credit;
  • feature it in educational content, with credit.

You can't, without my written permission:

  • use it commercially: sell it, put it in a product or service, a paid app or an ad;
  • copy, modify, mirror or redistribute it;
  • remove credits or copyright notices, or present it as your own;
  • reverse engineer software that isn't open source.

Licenses come first. When a project has its own license, like an MIT-licensed repository on GitHub, that license applies to it instead of these terms.

Games and trademarks. The Roblox games shown here belong to their studios and owners. I show my own contributions to them. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Credit

Whenever you show my work, credit "Leafranger" clearly, name the project or asset, and link to this site when you can.

Clients' portfolios

If you commissioned work from me, you can show it in your own portfolio, online or in print, with credit to Leafranger. Respect any confidentiality agreement or waiting period we agreed on, and don't show the work before then.

Fair use of the site

Don't try to break into or attack the site, upload malicious code, overload it with requests, or copy its assets in bulk. Reading it with search engines and AI crawlers is fine.

Donations

Donations go through PayPal and are voluntary gifts: you don't buy anything, and nothing changes with the amount. PayPal's own terms apply to the payment. If you donated by mistake, write to me.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided as they are. I do my best to keep them accurate and online, but I can't promise they're always available or free of errors. Within the limits of the law, I'm not liable for damages from using the site or from its downtime. This doesn't limit any right you have by law as a consumer.

Other sites

Links to other sites are there for convenience. I'm not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes and law

I may update these terms; the new version appears here with a new date. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live, and you can bring a dispute before the courts where you live.

If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
