Asset Ownership

I created all assets on this website. This includes:

No Commercial Use: You cannot use my assets to make money without written permission.

This includes:

  • Selling or monetizing my assets

  • Adding assets to paid applications

Legal Action: Violations will result in immediate legal action, including cease and desist orders, damages, and court injunctions.

3.2. Licensing Hierarchy

Project Licenses: If a project has its own license (like MIT License on GitHub), that license comes first. For example, an MIT-licensed project follows MIT terms, while these terms apply to all other assets.

4. Portfolio Use

Portfolio Display: You can showcase completed work in your professional portfolio (online or print) with these rules:

  • Include clear credit to Leafranger
  • Link back to this website when possible
  • Respect any confidentiality agreements or time-lag requirements
  • Use only for portfolio purposes, not commercial gain

Time-Lag/Confidentiality: Some projects have specific confidentiality periods. Respect these requirements and don't showcase work before the allowed date.
